Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Knoxville Elite Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a valid booking reference and payment or deposit.
• We accept secure payments via credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, and Bitcoin. Full payment is typically due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change until confirmed. Once confirmed, your price is guaranteed.

2. Tour Pricing & Inclusions

Our tour prices include:

• Guided experience with a certified local guide
• Transportation (where specified)
• Entrance fees (if included in the tour description)
• Tax and service fees (clearly marked)

Not included: personal expenses, meals (unless stated), gratuities, or optional add-ons.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 7 days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
• 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability.
• No-shows on the day of the tour will not be refunded.

4. Rescheduling

Guests may reschedule their tour once at no charge if requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional changes may incur a $25 fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Group Size & Private Tours

Our standard group tours accommodate up to 12 guests. Private tours are available upon request and may have different pricing and policies. Group size limits are enforced for safety and quality.

6. Age & Fitness Requirements

Some tours have minimum age requirements (clearly marked on the tour page). Guests must be in good physical condition for hiking, kayaking, or walking-intensive tours. Please inform us of any medical conditions or accessibility needs at the time of booking.

7. Weather & Tour Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to extreme weather, natural events, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow travelers, and local communities. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. Liability

Knoxville Elite Tours and its guides are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or accidents caused by guest negligence, pre-existing conditions, or acts of nature. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all guests.

10. Photography & Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the experience for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing at the time of booking.
