Booking
How do I book a tour?
Browse our Tours page, choose a date and number of guests, then add to cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an instant email confirmation.
Do you require full payment at booking?
Yes, spots are secured with full payment at checkout. For private or custom itineraries, a deposit may be offered—reach out via the contact form.
Can I book last-minute?
If the date shows as available online, you can book it! Same-day or next-day requests are subject to guide and vehicle availability.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards are accepted at checkout. Gift certificates or vouchers can be applied using a code on the payment page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable. Weather or operator-initiated cancellations receive a full refund or free reschedule.
When will I see my refund?
Approved refunds typically appear in 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Tour Day
Where do we meet?
Your confirmation email includes the exact pickup location and time. Some tours offer hotel pickup—if available, you’ll be able to select it during checkout.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, a water bottle, and your confirmation email. For outdoor tours, sunscreen and a hat are recommended.
Are food or tickets included?
Inclusions vary by tour. See the “What’s Included” section on each tour page. Optional add-ons (like lunch or entrance fees) can be selected in the cart when available.
Accessibility
Is the tour accessible for guests with mobility needs?
Many routes are accessible; however, terrain and venue policies differ. Please contact us with your needs and we’ll confirm the best options.
Can children join?
Absolutely! Age minimums and child pricing vary by tour. When a child price is not shown, that tour may be limited to adults due to venue or safety requirements.

Do you offer private or custom itineraries?

Do you have group discounts?
For groups of 10+ guests we can often offer tiered pricing. Get in touch with your headcount and preferred tour.
Weather
What if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine with modifications as needed for safety. In severe weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund.
Could a tour be canceled due to weather?
Rarely, yes. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll notify you ASAP with options to reschedule or receive a full refund.
