Terms of Service

Welcome to Knoxville Elite Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the booking of tours and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Billing note: payments are securely processed by our billing entity International Elite Trading.

1) Bookings & Payments

• How to book. You may book through our site or by contacting us. A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from us.
• Who charges you. Payments are processed by International Elite Trading acting on behalf of Knoxville Elite Tours.
• Currency. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes/fees. Applicable taxes, surcharges, or partner fees may apply and will be shown before you pay when known.
• Accuracy. Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.

2) Pricing & Inclusions

• What’s included. Each tour page will outline what is included (e.g., guiding, transport) and excluded (e.g., meals, park fees) where applicable.
• Price changes. We may update prices at any time before a booking is confirmed. Obvious errors may be corrected after confirmation; if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price, a refund will be offered.

3) Cancellations & Refunds (Guests)

Policies can vary by tour, season, and group size. Unless otherwise stated on your tour page or invoice:

• Standard: Cancel ≥ 72 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancelling within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Private/custom tours & large groups: Different terms may apply and will be stated on your quote/invoice.
• How to cancel: Email tours@knoxvillelite.com and include your booking reference.

4) Changes & Cancellations (By Us)

Safety comes first. We may modify, postpone, or cancel a tour for reasons including weather, road closures, safety concerns, guide illness, or insufficient enrollment. If we cancel, you may choose a reschedule (if available) or a full refund of amounts paid to us for the affected service. This is the extent of our responsibility unless required otherwise by law.

5) Guest Responsibilities

• Fitness & health. You are responsible for assessing whether a tour is suitable for you and your party.
• Arrival & punctuality. Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point; late arrival may be treated as a no-show.
• Conduct. We may refuse service to anyone whose behavior risks safety or comfort of others; refunds may not apply.
• Age restrictions. Some activities (e.g., distillery tastings) require valid government ID and a minimum age of 21.

6) Third-Party Providers

Some elements of your experience may be delivered by independent third parties (e.g., park services, activity operators). We are not responsible for acts/omissions of third-party providers we do not control. Their own terms may apply.

7) Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Outdoor and travel activities involve inherent risks (weather, terrain, wildlife, transportation). By participating, you accept these risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8) Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellations, medical events, and personal property.

9) Intellectual Property & Website Use

• All website content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Knoxville Elite Tours and protected by law.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
• You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt functionality).

10) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in or serving Knox County, Tennessee, except where another venue is required by applicable consumer protection law.
